When the sun is out Alfie is about!
We went for a visit to Headlands Hotel in Austinmer for an early lunch, and wow what a venue!
Located on the picturesque shores of the south-eastern seaboard of Australia. Headlands Austinmer is the perfect oceanfront location for your next getaway.

✅ The View: Headlands overlooks the ocean. The views are as good as they get!

They have a great menu with plenty of options, from seafood to steak to parma and chips. There’s also a kids menu with ice-cream! And plenty of seating space inside and out and it’s right next to the beach.
After some hot coffee, we ordered 2 lunch meals. Fried fish tacos with pickled red cabbage, harissa yoghurt, fresh coriander and rump steak, with a marble score of 9 with chips, salad & béarnaise sauce.
DROOL!
The sun was shining, the food was delicious and we got to use our Dine & Discover vouchers.
Just a warning, dogs aren’t allowed on the beach near to the venue and there are dog patrol losers hiding around trying to give people tickets! There’s a sign but it’s tiny and easy to miss.
But we had full bellies and were happy with a walk on the grass nearby. There’s also a playground next door to tire out the kids.
